After my scorching Central Park run this morning, I found a natural foods market with an extensive raw selection! It is important to be well-equipped, especially while traveling; I did go a little overboard, but better to be safe than sorry!

I am getting excited for my Alaskan adventure in the A.M!   I have a long day of traveling ahead of me, but I am fully prepared with my Kindle library stacked up with raw-spiration and a spread of yummy raw snacks to nibble on...
